Pros

This is the 1st time in my career where I am unable to list down a single Pros point for a company. Sad!

Cons

Won't suggest this place for any person who is looking out for - a great jump, career growth or self development. 1. No work life balance. They make you do unreasonable things (which they tag as to be a part of hustle) by humiliating you that you are not the right fit as you cannot work for 24/7. 2. They work on unethical grounds. Since they do not have any HR nor any policies in place, most of the decisions are based on favoritism & subjectivity. Even the compensation is an issue here, wherein you aren't very sure if you'd get paid ethically for what you worked for. At the end only subjective arguments are in picture & approaching the founders also is in vain as they are also a pray of biases & favoritism. 4. They hire you, giving certain expectations & false promises without giving even a hint of what the ground reality would be like in your day to day work. If you rebel for not doing something you did not sign up for, you get fired, straight away, without even giving any prior notice or survival compensation. 5. No L&D facilities. They expect you to start working he very next day without even letting you know what the product would be like or what your day would consist off in the induction. There are certain old employees who are believed to a blind faith level & the best part is they take advantage of that & won't let you take the chance even to participate in the the race. The most senior employees who have the responsibility of teaching you the work play around with your knowledge ultimately leaving you clueless & miserable. 6. Extreme workplace-politics. They work in a team, not as a team but as individuals trying to cut each other by supporting groupism. 7. Not at all a healthy work environment.

* There are no advantages of working with this company

Cons

*Company fired more than 700 employees in one month *Furloughs and Salary deductions are happening across all the levels of organization except software development stream *People who worked hard during the pandemic are getting either the single digit hikes or zero hikes *People who are working for more than two years, still they don't get any promotions *Divisional Managers don't add any value to the company, company can perform well with out these people *There is no sustainable revenue for the company, they are trying multiple pilot project but nothing is working out *There is no work life balance, people have to work for 7 days but leaders, managers sleep in the entire week and do nothing *Idiotic and stupid meeting which lead to nothing *No metrics to evaluate the performance *Even HR people are leaving the company, two HR Heads changed in the same year *Buttering the leaders is the way of survival in the company *Can not learn anything from the associate managers & divisional managers & top management *Blame game always happen & finally ground level people are the scape goats *They fired the field staff who worked very hard during the pandemic. They were working, even though they tested positive. Company laid off the people in one day *Regional HRs and Central Team HRs don't do much and they are also currently actively looking for the jobs *They ask the ground level business development & operations people to go for the field meetings during the tough times also but divisional managers or associate managers or the leadership team never shows the interest to go for the meetings

Pros

During last year's pandemic,people weren't laid off.They were sent to sabbatical and across organisation salary deduction happended. Very few Pros, 1) Getting leaves won't be an issue at all. 2)You will get good colleagues to work with unlike people who find themselves competitive in other companies. 3) Training sessions are very accurate and easy to understand. 4)Timely Reimbursements. 5)Not so exhaustive work culture. 6) Perfectly working assets 7) Timely salary

So basically when there's an organisation where the way leaders are selected is purely based on just numbers will always lead to a miscalculation of targets and bad implementation plan. Please don't fall into someone's trap who says you will be promoted. Leaders here play with your emotions. Afterall they are also being promoted based on just numbers. How to get promoted? 1) Whenever you see a leader say you are the best. 2)Perform exceptionally well by doing numbers only(Even if you snatch the deal from your fellow colleagues that's also ok here,Even if you can't speak proper English that's ok,Even if you don't have any prior experience,even if you are just 1 month old into the system,even if you don't have any maturity to handle your personal life. Guess what?You can still become a Leader here!! 3)Always say machaenge or any other fancy word to applaud your leader. 4) Personally connect with leader and tell him about how much you have grown because of MyGate(Even if you buy a cycle he will post it congratulating you) Few recently joined leaders have made the work culture worse. After pandemic,Extensive hiring was done by again a bad Subleader which lead to nothing apart from Numbers. Now that numbers were overachieved in shorter period of time and all the leads have been exhausted. Nobody's able to achieve targets. So, what was the masterplan of the New leader over here,Let's start firing. People were laid off by giving vague reasons based on performance. 100+ were hired and got fired on 2-3 months span. Was it the employees problem that they overachieved the target during pandemic. No,it was a bad decision of exhausting the leads,hiring people without calculation just to show that pune is the best of all offices,I am the best leader and let me play with others emotion's. What else can you expect from a Bad leader,who can't even understand whats going on,how to maintain the leads. First of all,he doesn't know how to Sell a product.(Got to know this when once he said I have deleted whatsapp of my client and offcourse he never went to field) Then he will autoassume the targets & will do mass hiring ,give vague solutions to your queries which are not at all practical. He will give you hope you will become a leader only based on your number.(Your professionalism,product knowledge, tenurity and Team leading skills doesn't matter.) He will compare you with stupid people who are literally immature and don't know how to handle personal problems. He can also promote someone whom you have trained just to satisfy his ego. He refers to a special person who should'nt have been in the system first of all then we would have been able to maintain our consistency in getting the market during this time also.
