      Pros

      Work from home decent benefits including unlimited PTO some really smart, creative and passionate people who want to see this succeed

      Cons

      Uncoordinated vision or values from c suite which seem to magically change every quarter too many mass layoffs and restructures so there's not a lot job security questionable hirings at every level with a lot of hires having job titles that make no sense or doesn't reflect what they do

      Good pay. A reasonable amount of autonomy with getting the job done.

      Cons

      Didn't really have the runway to slowly build a gradual portfolio and player base, so heavy monetisation on products lead to a toxic player base and demoralised workforce. Seems to think AI will fix all of their problems
