Pros

Real scope with real impact. N-able gives you the space to do meaningful work at pace. If you're someone who wants to drive transformation, not just talk about it, and work at a high tempo, then this is the right environment. The ambition and innovation here is genuine, and you can see your work actually land and make an impact.

Cons

Fast-moving, which is a double-edged sword. I personally love the pace, but it's not for everyone. You need to be comfortable with change and growth in a high-tempo environment
