Where do I start? HORRIBLE management, HR that has no knowledge of accurate HR or labor laws, an executive director who is selective with who receives some perks, such as working from home etc. The position salaries are sometimes listed on the job posting when they post an ad, and sometimes its not therefore nothing is consistent! They pick and choose how to pay staff, which is unfair. Exec director holds on to the money as though it belongs to him. Lots of favoritism, lack of growth opportunities, impersonal management staff, lack of acknowledgment, and they simply don't care about their staff, it is very evident!
