Pros

It is a widely recognised, respected and well-regarded sports brand. There is opporunity to work with a diverse, international set of colleagues.

Cons

The development of the league seems to be quite cyclical - particularly internationally. It would also seem that the balance of senior / junior staff is quite skewed, with a lack of numbers at the more junior level.

Pros

The only reason people stay there is for the prestige of being associated with the NBA. A few good apples. Some longtime employees warn the new hires about the environment.

Cons

Toxic work environment, the more toxic you are the further you will go at this company. Extremely high turnover. Ask anyone who has left.
