      Pros

      If you desire to learn the IT field, this is the job for you. Most companies regulate and compartmentalize what you're able to have access to and what you're able to work on or with. NCC Data leadership is more directed to teaching in a team environment and allowing engineers to reach full potential by allowing access (under supervision) to systems you may not ever have access to at any other company. Highly recommended. If you prefer to learn quickly within the IT field, this is a great environment for you.

      Cons

      Like any business out there, they all have Cons. I would have to say that if you're not willing to work long hours or commit to project deadlines, this is not the position for you.

      NCC is like Family to me

      Pros

      I started work for NCC Data September of 2012 when I was recruited and the company has been like a family to me ever since. It is a great work place that provides you the best environment to learn and get better. All the management is excellent, from the higher tier engineers to the VPs and the President of the company are amazing cooperative people and very helpful and understanding. I consider myself very lucky to be a part of NCC family and thank god for providing me this opportunity to grow in the industry with every day.

      Cons

      Honestly, it might be a lot of work but I cannot think of any cons or disadvantages at this moment.

      Very knowledgeable leadership, team driven. Co-workers are very productive and friendly. Management is supportive and understanding with family needs.

      Cons

      Located in Addison, far drive for me personally, but worth it.
