      Pros

      Great team and management, always providing the support I need. A fun place to work and the job keeps things interesting! I don't think the current reviews reflect the real NCTech and what it's like working for the company.

      Pros

      I'd like to leave a positive review as a current employee because I feel the rating in this website does not represent the reality. I have been working here for quite a while now and I have seen the company going through a lot of changes and restructuring. I understand how some people might have been upset by some of those decisions, also agree with some older comments about management, but we are now more than 2 years into the "new era" and things looks much better now! Said that, the main pros to work here are: - Working on exciting projects - Very good flexibility, especially related to working from home - Hard work is repaid with promotions and pay rise.

      Cons

      - The preference for many to work from home means we are still with a temporary solution regarding office space. - Benefit package is ok, but nothing compared with those of bigger companies

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and eager to help. Never bothering anyone with a question. More responsibility is available to those who want it. Senior management listens to all staff members.
