      Pros

      Amazing office and everyone was really nice. So much potential for something great.

      Cons

      Real lack of direction from senior management on most projects. Huge amount of time and money wasted due to this lack of direction. Far too many in management who were clueless. Total lack of communication. Quality standards were very low. Talented staff under-utilised. While the rest of the country was furloughed, staff were laid off - says it all. Jobs for the boys. You can tell the 5 star review is fake.

      Pros

      Get to work with some very talented people across the company Nature of the business is exciting

      Cons

      Lost many good and talented colleagues recently across various teams No support or training programs for the majority of the employees Lack of direction that can easily change within a month Employees are often under-valued for the amount of work they do Stressful environment that is caused by lack of direction

We’re sorry to read some of your other feedback as that does not represent the NCTech we strive to create. We have since introduced additional forums to gain employee feedback and some of the items you have mentioned in your feedback are now things we have implemented. If you still feel there are some gaps, it really would be good to have a chat to find out more on this.

      Opportunity to work with talented developers from around the world.

      Cons

      Too many "bosses". Lack of direction, project planning and understanding of technology. Lack of communication within the management team.
