Billable hours, slows down during the holidays

Expected to commute to an area 2 hours away from my home office 4 days a week to do audits, when I let them know it was not sustainable and effecting my production, I got 0 support The training itself is not done well, thankfully I had some experience, but anyone who came in with no experience ended up leaving. The Trainor was rude and refused to admit that she had not sent us one of the resources we needed, and never mentioned it. When she asked why we weren't using it and we said we didn't know what it was, she refused to admit her mistake and instead blamed us saying that we ALL somehow deleted it or some such nonsense. It was a mentality that permeated all of the upper management team
