Would not recommend this staffing agency
Pros
Company has 401k for contractors but does not contribute. Optional health insurance that you have to pay for yourself; know the deductibles are high.
Cons
There is a lack of communication from the company regarding things you should understand when working for a company (401k, contract updates, health insurance, etc). HR has a high turnover making it difficult to contact. Questions are not answered unless daily reminders are sent. Updates on contract status are not forthcoming so you don't know if it is ending or being extended. Pay period is 3 weeks behind the current week and they will not pay past earnings if hiring manager is out of the office to approve the current week's hours. No holiday pay even if you are with the company over 1 year. You have to pay (not the hiring company) a HUGE % of your salary directly to the agency if the company hires you as a regular employee, which is written into your contract.
