Pros
Some nice people. Growing company. Initially people are given creative freedom. Some interesting content being produced.
Cons
The office is far from any public transportation which on a nice day, can be a pleasant walk, but in winter forget it. The editors are put in what could be described as a hallway, and the software is all trial based. The notes eventually become horrendous and impossible to achieve, especially with what was shot
