      Pros

      So many. Free parking, subsidised canteen, staff all very friendly.

      Cons

      Same as any other organisation - people working in management who don’t have the ability, skill set or empathy required to manage and direct others. It’s not an issue with the organisation per se.

      Pros

      Excellent proactive support for employee wellbeing. Clear employee policies and good management support to help use them well HR represented at the directorate level ensures ensures an agile and responsive approach to aligning employees with corporate strategy. Good move. Encourages the engagement in and continued development of a learning culture in order that colleagues can deliver the best service for all and informed representation of its members. HQ Stoneleigh feels like a green university campus. Perfect for taking a break in challenging times. Wonderful restaurant and reasonably priced. Ample fee parking

      Cons

      Board structures can seem unwieldy when needing to invoke change. However I would prefer this informed and safe approach to responding rather reacting.
