Pros

Job security and stability, supportive management from on the ground to company directors. Growth and development opportunities, A healthy work culture and competitive pay and great benefits including wellbeing days and healthcare perks. Awards recognition which is really good and being actively used across the company, these awards are a great incentive and can be for apprentices, office staff, engineers, project managers, contract managers right up to director level. Their health and safety team are great and value your opinion and will use your ideas if they are a great addition to the company.

Cons

High expectations, and expect you to find out how to use the processes rather than have a training schedule.
