Pros
I liked my coworkers. We could all relate... being in the same miserable boat and all. There was a work life balance I guess... They offered OT on occasion but many couldn't stand being there so they stayed away.
Cons
Lets start with pay. Nothing like getting a promotion and not getting a pay bump. Pay was miserable anyway... Management pretended to care about you, but would border line laugh and any complaints or requests. Management's priorities where completely backwards.
