Cameras and owners watching them Everything only gets fixed if needed, nothing proactive to fix it. Move up with age not merrits Low pay Acts like it wants to be above GMP, while struggling financially to be cGMP Lots of yelling

I cannot honestly say one good thing about this company. I guess I can say that it's amazing they've been in business for so long considering the poor management and questionable manufacturing practices.
Cons
-Poor Work/Life Balance -The management is composed of family members (one family runs this organization). None of these people are qualified. -Menial wages. -Questionable work practices. For a company that makes nutritional/health products, it doesn't seem like anyone cares for hygiene/cleanliness. -Discriminatory employment practices. - Lack of resources and lack of qualified Subject Matter Experts to allow for company growth.
