      Good place where you can get start knowledge on a job. Possible career development within the company.

      Cons

      A lot of unnecessary stress, caused mostly by bad organization. Depending on the organizational unit, stess can be very high. Employees are valued based on their presentation of work, and less on the quality of work. Communication needs a lot of improvement.
