      Pros

      Location. Stormwater Management Experts. A select few cool people to worth with.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Over 80% turnover in the last two years. Being a minority you get the work that the prime doesn't want to do or don't see profitable. There is a lot of favouritism. You got to be the right religion if you want to be in favorite list. Expect to work long hours and weekends. Trying to expand in areas they don't have experience in.

Overtime is your desire to work over not mandated. NMP is no longer a small firm of 22 employees, we have grown to over 100 employees.

      They have free coffee in the office.

      Cons

      Even when you do it correctly it is never correct. They don't trust any employees, no matter who you are.
