NMS is a great company to work for. Beautiful office, nice location, smart people, humble owners. Love my co-workers and the work I do. It is challenging enough without feeling out of control. It is fair and well balanced. I see others get promoted, which is nice. The culture is hard working and respectful. Feel blessed to be part of this great company.

Cons

I hope it continues to be wonderful and does not change over time.

Pros

The support level here is tremendous, help is always found and there is continuous training to help sharpen skills. We are a close knit community where we come together to complete tasks and deadlines. Suggestions are always welcomed and the employers always show their appreciation for their employees.

Cons

I don't personally have any cons except for my drive but truly it was only because I chose to move so far out of the area. So technically I can't say I have any cons.
