Pros

Compassionate and friendly staff Woman-owned business Virtus code of ethics

Cons

Not much opportunity to climb the ladder, as employees tend to stay for a long time (which can be seen as a pro as it shows that people are happy with their job/company)

Pros

NOREX is unique and does not have any direct competitors. The “members” are the product. They participate in event discussions to learn and share the latest in IT. Vendors are not allowed. The members also provide documents to help each other jumpstart their initiatives. The NOREX team now works mostly from home with only two days in the office per month. The in-office days are a fun time to connect with coworkers.

Cons

Working from home most of the time might make it difficult for new team members to build relationships.
