Pros

Other companies, even in the same industry, are far better managed and more competent than this one. While this company struggles with mismanagement and poor leadership, other organizations operate more effectively, showing how things should be done.

Cons

1. **False Claims**: The company hires employees based on false claims, including assurances of financial stability for over two years, as admitted by CEO Harkunwar Singh in a town hall. 2. **Mass Layoffs**: Suddenly, mass layoffs were announced, with more than 50% of employees being let go, accompanied by only a simple apology and fake "crocodile tears." 3. **Egotistical CEO**: The CEO is described as egotistical, displaying a lack of genuine concern. 4. **Poor Strategy**: The company frequently replaces older employees with new hires, exposing poor strategy and mismanagement. 5. **Incompetent Executives**: Senior executives, including Vice Presidents, are equally incompetent, contributing to the company’s ongoing decline.

Pros

The team at Oneistox truly carries the company forward with their dedication and hard work. However, the leadership, especially the CEO, often feels insensitive and disconnected from the day-to-day operations. It seems like they lack practical experience in running the company, leading to unrealistic expectations of employees. While interactions on the surface appear friendly, there's a clear presence of brownnosing and favouritism, primarily towards graduates from their alma mater, SPA Delhi, to appease their egos.

Cons

Oneistox tends to focus on saving money, especially when it comes to employee compensation, often paying below what employees deserve. There's little to no recognition for ownership or contributions to your work. The CEO behaves like a know-it-all, excelling at convincing people to join the company but then engaging in manipulative and mentally exhausting behavior, which creates a toxic work environment.
