      Easy work. Milage money adds up on top of minimum wage.

      Sometimes heavy things to pick up. Sometimes asked to go into apartments that aren't clean.

      Established routes with high quality clients No pressure, routes are easily completed within the time frame allowed. Stops are managed with a free easy to use mobile app. Minimal supervision.

      Cons

      Must use personal vehicle with minimal expense reimbursement. Hourly pay rate is below that of competitive jobs.

      Good Pay, consistent hours, great staff, easy-going workplace, relatable management, very easy to get along with most of the other employees

      Cons

      Can be stressful when business picks up, and customers don't always understand the employee side, but that's the case everywhere you go
