Pros
If there are any pros they'll be removed, nothing to favour employees. Although weekend work is optional, so weekends are free for your own leisure
Cons
If you get an interview then you're basically in, regardless of your experience. But don't expect any training. You'll get a 2 minute demo, and expected to be good and fast. Management will promise you the world but deliver nothing. Most of the guys on the shop floor are genuine and decent people. But there's a lack of solidarity so having to accept "their way or no way" is something you have to just put up with. Overworked, over-expenctcy, overlooked and undervalued and underpaid. You can argue till your blue in the face, even when your experience tells you that your right it makes no difference. So its a " get on with it" culture and the attitude will never change.
