      The work culture at the company is inclusive, supportive, and collaborative, making it easy for me to thrive in my role and build strong relationships with my colleagues. Moreover, NSD provides its employees with opportunities to work on meaningful projects that have a real impact. This has allowed me to feel a sense of purpose and fulfillment in my work, and has motivated me to continue to develop my skills and grow as a developer.

      As software developer you get exposure to many technologies.

      Cons

      Low salary and no benifit during my time. But I learned recently that the company is thriving and providing competitive salaries.
