1.No appreciation..doesnt matter how good u work.. 2.Most of d managers r of old school thought process. 3.Too much inter-departmental blame games 4.No ITIL process followed..configurational changes on devices r made if sum vp/avp calls. 5.Employees r treated as slaves and considered to b available all d time for technical support. 6.Less team strength in comparison to amount of work load and pressure. 7.Bad appraisals..late promotions 8.Continuous mock drills, bcp activities r on almost every saturday.

Bad comoany if you are looking for more technical oriented job. Not a technologically driven company and no chance to work on cutting edge technologies. Not a good company for freshers and also if you are looking for technical growth like learning new technical skills and working on cutting edge technology then its not the apt company for you. Even the whole management cycle of a requirement is quite outdated and most of the needless tasks in a software life cycle needs to be performed manually. Very less automation involved hence one can't focus on the actual requirement and is busy doing needless tasks manually making the software more prone to human errors.
