-nice office space -coworkers were helpful and easy to talk to -fulfillment with helping students reach their academic goals
Cons
-unclear and inconsistent job expectations -unnecessary meetings that take away from productivity -there is no HR, so if you have an issue with management, there is no safe place to address those concerns -harsh work environment and poor work/life balance
