Pros
The company has looked after me for more than 10 years, not only on a work level but personally too. It’s a supportive, progressive, fun environment, an amazing location and one that allows dogs too.
I am sad to see the recent reviews on here. The company has just recently let go some fairly unpleasant, disruptive and under-performing staff, who, behind the scenes, were creating a horrible work environment and dragging others into their pettiness. Some of these people were looked after throughout lockdown and even on their departure, beyond what they were entitled to.
I felt compelled to defend my employer, as not only are these reviews untrue, it is totally wrong to say things like this about people who genuinely care about the good people working here.
In the last few weeks the business feels transformed, the atmosphere is fantastic and back to how it was pre pandemic.
Cons
The company was too slow to remove bad people, too many chances given to redeem themselves.
