    Exposure.
    New technologies are being introduced to product.
    Good learning .

    Cons

    No proper communication to employees regarding hike or bonus.
    Client first is one of core value but it is not up to the mark.
    Most of the projects are delayed due to lack of resource and management that make's your life miserable here.

    Advice to Management

    Give value to employee's and employee benefit's. If you are forcing employee to follow certain rules, be a role model and follow those rules not just imposing on others. Save employee and save client's. Introduce tools which are good in market that helps in projects and clients as well.
