      Pros

      Decent Salary's, a good graduate program, some good benefits and Flexible hours for professional's. Lots of very good people & some interesting products to work on.

      Cons

      Focus on the next share price & a quick buck for overbearing, bullying, management. No longer a positive environment where employees want to do a good job for the company.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, relaxed dress code, great engineers. City centre location with free parking so good for the Christmas shopping/after-work drinkies.

      Cons

      Awful management, unable to make a decision. Direction keeps changing. Attempted to outsource work to India with poor results. Reliance on contractors to fill in the gaps instead of recruiting new staff. Rubbish Marketing department that have made virtually no sales in the last 10 years.
