      - Loads of opportunities for career advancement if you work hard - Casual work environment that fosters open communication and collaboration - Constant learning opportunities - Your opinion really matters, and is brought into plans and projects - Catered summer & winter parties with open bar!

      Cons

      - Commute can be a rough if you’re a >30 minute drive from the office - While benefits are great for families, they’re just OK if single (but 100% paid by the company)

      The commute is tough - especially with construction (I don't live on the south shore) but flex hours help.
