Pros

-jeans days -the occasional happy hour -about all there is to it

Cons

-members of the sales team are treated worse than any other employee in any other department -when sales needs a flyer done or help with the marketing of an upcoming initiative, the appropriate staff members that are called upon claim that they are slammed with work, but are seen playing bubble hockey during the middle of the work day; can't be THAT busy -not being compensated for the extensive hours worked during the week, weekends, & game nights -anyone and everyone is replaceable; they don't care about retaining some of their best employees and will let them walk without argument or any solution to keep them here -employee morale is completely nonexistent -lack of communication by managers

Pros

They offer jeans days. all i got.

Cons

Overworked on weekends, nights, and everything you can think of. They do not value your work life balance whatsoever. But they don't care, because if you leave, they'll find someone else. Absolutely awful employee morale leads to record setting turnover, but always find competent replacements because people think it sounds cool to work at Predators.

Pros

Coffee & soda machine Free food on game days

Cons

Limited leadership support and inconsistent accountability from upper management, resulting in additional workload and stress for high-performing employees to compensate for underperforming team members. An unwillingness to embrace change or consider new ideas; employees who voice concerns or suggestions may face negative repercussions, creating a culture where speaking up is discouraged
