    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The federal government is an unproductive jobs program, perhaps you like that. NGA uses diversity, equity and inclusion in every missive, but I don't know if anything substantial ever happens.

    Cons

a completely inane promotion process cronyism and nepotism inept leadership abysmal management unqualified personnel in leadership positions

    Cons

Although the pay and benefits are great, it’s still a large, bureaucratic organization that often feels like “just a job.” Effecting change within the organization is slow at best and leadership often seems to talk out both sides of its mouth with regard to support for the workforce.
