      Pros

      Lots of young people easy to integrate in the community. Very good for first job. Good transferable skills.

      Cons

      Newbury is a quiet town, where everybody drives a car and not many things are available without. Traffic is bad in the morning. Not very sure about company progress opportunities after 4 years or so.
