      Tough job

      Snacks and some cool people to work with

      Cons

      This is a tough customer service job. The company is helping people in debt but what often happens is the customer gets bad credit, liens put on their property, and even their wages garnished in certain states so when you answer a call, you often get a very angry customer. You have to remain calm, composed, and be extremely patient with helping them.

      Pros

      I love working with the Executives at NDD. I have been privileged to learn so much and develop professionally over the last 5 years from the Partners. The environment is fun, fast paced, upbeat, family orientated and a place you enjoy coming to. The CEO is all around great person. Very personable with every employee and that is rare. The company is consistent with growth and that potential job security is always a plus. I look forward to the next venture year after year with this team.

      Cons

      Since NDD is " somewhat smaller company" the long-term benefits don’t quite match those of a larger organization (i.e. 401K, insurance coverage, heath care programs, vacation/ PTO time) would be considered a Con to some employees.

      This is a very good company that is customer service oriented. we strive on helping our clients out with what they need on the first call.

      Cons

      we are not able to see our client face to face to give them that one on one assurance.
