Pros

Working at the Native Project was an amazing experience. Despite some negative reviews about management, I found the leadership incredibly inspiring. The CEO always emphasized our mission to save lives, and the organization's unwavering focus on patients is unlike anywhere else I've worked. The pay is competitive, and the benefits are superb, showing they truly care about their staff. I was thrilled to see the organization grow and adapt over time. If I were still in Spokane, this would be my top choice to work. If you want to make a real difference in a supportive environment, I highly recommend the Native Project!

Cons

There are not a lot of cons. Maybe do more curriculum clinics to add variety to counseling sessions.
