Amazing work culture, access to executive leadership, supportive management, remote, and great benefits. Nava is ahead of its time when it comes to a winning work culture- it's not to say that we are not stressed out and have hard times like a normal work environment, but leadership cares, and continuously finds ways to keep us engaged, like surprise mental health days.
Cons
Nava is a civic tech company, which means as an employee you are more likely to join the company because you care to improve the lives of others. If you're like me, your commitment to positive changes can cause you to get deep into the work and forget about a work/life balance. The good thing is, management is very aware of this and pushes employees to take time off and disconnect.
