      Everything is Worst including salary, management and Infrastructure.

      If you are more worried about salary than work environment !

      Cons

      There is no internal governance! They will promise you to provide your salary between 15th to 20th of every month but the truth is you will not get your salary on time every month! There is A big salary issue in navigant ! And there is only sales process with prescribed target 🎯

      We are a 15 year old organisation in the bpo domain. As an organisation we give the best possible comfort zone to all who join us. And work with enthusiaism. We have tenured Management Team which we are proud of Am Proud to be a part of the team

      There is no place in Navigant for those who do not want to give there 100 percent
