Pros

Navteca has a great understanding of work life balance and allows for flexibility for me to work during my most productive hours. Along with working from home is a great plus with no stress of a commute, I have the time to increase my overall productivity.

Cons

Lack of in person interaction with coworkers can feel lonely, but with weekly check ins through video meetings with our team, makes it easier.
