      Pros

      This consultancy firm and opens many doors to young people to get involved in a role that not many other companies offer. The possibility to grow professionally is very appreciated and the flexibility of work times is great.

      Cons

      The work environment can feel a bit overwhelming because especially in the beginning there is a period of adaptation in which the employee needs to learn to work himself with no supervision or clear training for specific tasks.
