Very Low Compensation, No Increase in salary for so many years of service, Very Low chance of promotion, Company would rather hire a new employee for the job with high salary rather than promoting a tenured employee with the capabilities of the job and has an edge regarding in workplace environment and experience, Company is hiring kicked out/bad record employee from previous company then even promoted as top management, Company is also hiring/ positioning employees in a job title even if he/she is not fit for the role, No sick leave credits, unfair salary compensation for new employee (high salary) and tenured employee (low salary) with the same position and job description, Company has no standards when hiring an employee and basis of salary compensation, Company does not care about their employees even he/she is an asset employees. Overall, I think this company only cares about the money and its clients but not its admin staff. It doesn't feels like family.
