      A LOT of room to improve..

      Pros

      - Free food almost every day - Dogs allowed in the office - Unlimited PTO - Smart staff with good intentions - Lots of opportunities to learn and grow -- great for recent grads

      Cons

      - Almost everyone at Nebo is overworked and it shows - Severe lack of POC and diversity -- company culture is a direct reflection of this - High turn-over rate (mostly POC unfortunately) - Lots of smart people, but also a lot of passive-aggressiveness from big egos - Founders are often unfriendly/unpleasant to work with

We always want to improve and we want to be human-centered in every way.       Pros

      - Great people, cool clients - Work perks are solid. Unlimited paid time off, flexible hours, beer every Friday, etc. - Dog friendly office I enjoyed my time at Nebo. Some days were hard, but that comes with any agency.

      Cons

      - One of the co-founders is intolerable. He stifles the agency's growth unquestionably. His narcissistic attitude brings employees down and makes people want to leave. He also claims the agency runs on "meritocracy", but really it is if you are willing to suck up to him. Stroke his ego and you will be rewarded.

      Co-founders have the emotional intelligence of a child bully

      Pros

      Brian thinks he can make up for his poor behavior by putting out happy hour and ordering lunches.

      Cons

      Brian and Adam need to spend time working on their communication style and emotional intelligence. They are unhelpful, and often times unkind in the way the criticize their own employees. Only work here if you're happy lining the pockets of two jerks.
