Agency gone bad.

Pros

Select co-workers that are great to work with.

Cons

Poor pay with extremely high benefits cost. Lack of communication and/transparency from adminstration. Adminstration and upper management provide no support to staff, when challenged staff are set up to fail and exit the agency. Services provided to the population served are subpar, the consumers suffer from the agency’s failure.

Zero raises or respect

Pros

Flexible schedule...but EVERYONE has that now

Cons

They do not appreciate loyalty or ever offer raises except if you are friends outside of work with the supervisors. They do not hold a single person accountable. In fact they have billed for people that are dead. This company cannot keep any employe long that has ethics or is not hand picked by the new leadership. In fact the new leadership fired most, hired their friends, and now they are all gone now too....

Horrible place to work!

Pros

Great co-workers, affordable medical benefits, wonderful clients and access to free CEU’s through Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority.

Cons

Productivity expectations are ridiculous and you often have to take your work home in order to meet high demands. Caseloads are very high and there is a ton of paperwork. Supervisors, are not well versed and you often have to seek outside help. This company is very money driven, and they don’t care about the quality of their employees lives. Clients don’t receive quality services, because the emphasis is on billing. This is a non-union company, so your concerns are often ignored. The company provides a raise maybe every 4-5 years and the percentages are insignificant. This is a company to work for when you’re fresh out of school and need experience. The moral is low and the turnover is high. This is a terrible company to work for, if I could give 0 stars I would!
