Decent salary and growth opportunity only in terms of increasing work if you are a performer

Cons

Biased- no travel opportunity for women, 5 days work from office irrespective of your continuous good performance leading to exhaustion whilst overloaded work till late nights, weekend work culture, people calling on phone no privacy after work hours
