Pros
Very professional and stable company. Working in Agile, which cause that the team involves in the planning of the work. Most of the mangers grow inside the company. The company make an effort to be in the top to the technology. HR are doing many events including volunteers to community ,happy hours, summer event, Purim event and many more. There is a feeling that you are not alone even in tough times. Every year we are celebrating the year with movie in Cinema City and get information (the big picture) from the manager about what happened this year and what are the planning for next year.
Cons
The company prefer that people will work from office.
