It is a fantastic company with good values. They put people first and the support from the company is superb. They don't compromise to use a leaser ingredient to fit price. They reward people for hard work and focus on the positive. We all work together to end the trend of chronic diseases and make a difference in people's life's. You cannot go wrong to join this fantastic group. They become like your family.

Cons

You have to work to get rewarded. No a quick rich scheme. So if you don't like to work, don't join.

Family owned and managed; executives and senior managers are not allowed to be fully effective in their positions. The corporate office is crippled by a pervasive "fear culture" where employees' job security depends upon keeping a low profile and not expressing opinions or suggestions that do not comply with the family management's beliefs or perceptions.
