      Pros

      A good company in semiconductor space. It was working on cutting edge technology and trying to give a good competition to big companies like ST Microelectronics

      Cons

      The company lacked vision in which product to target. They moved to smartphones business from Graphics accelerators but could not sustain the MiMagic solution due to which they had to close noida site. no compensation was given to those who got fired
