      Fantastic OSINT Company which provides opportunities to excel

      Pros

      Fantastic team culture, with lots of friendly people to help you settle in. Exciting opportunities for young people to really make their mark in a FinTech environment. Brilliant levels of training for all positions. Day off on your Birthday. The analyst position gives you access to a fast-paced, exciting role which has you thinking on your feet and learning quickly. Lots of opportunity for growth in your role (I was promoted within 8 months of joining).

      Cons

      As with any company that has grown so quickly, it lost some of the start-up culture which the company had. With OSINT in its infancy, sometimes management and sales teams had problems accurately describing the product. No opportunity for analysts to work from home, but senior management were flexible with working hours on some occasions.

      Pros

      - Great learning opportunities and fast exposure to different company functions - Favourable working hours for me commuting from North London - 8.30-5.30 - Flexible working hours and option to work from home if needed - Open and transparent senior management; they welcome feedback on challenges and areas for improvement - I have plenty of autonomy in my role - Access to training and mentors is encouraged (internally and externally) - We get an extra holiday to take on our Birthday - Fun team culture and a social sec who makes sure we go to new places and try new activities, e.g. bowling, darts, going to the races

      Cons

      - The company culture has been slightly affected by outgrowing our office space. We're now a few rooms apart... looking forward to the new office move!
