Every Friday, you need to help clean the office - mopping, vacuuming, etc. There's also a bathroom cleaning rotation where roughly once a quarter, you need to deep clean the bathroom every day for a week. You have to clock in/out even if you are salaried. Occasional warehouse work when the warehouse gets busy Managers are very micro-managing, you spend half of your time creating reports on what you are doing (ownership). Meetings are long and frequent, some days you spend most of your time sweating in the meeting room and not getting work done. No dental insurance Work from home is looked down upon and generally not allowed, even if you can do your job responsibilities remotely
