      Unscrupulous company with Owner and Supervisors that lie through their teeth

      Pros

      There are no pros to working with this company.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment that uses false hiring pretences such as benefits that do not exist. They do not follow the labour laws and they are straight out liars including the owner, supervisors and Human Resources. Stay away from this company at all costs.

      Pros

      It depends. If you're a good security agent, you won't have any problems, except for some pay error. Working at the office gives you freedom.

      Cons

      They don't treat people very well. It basically has no structure, so the reputation is not good. They pay is not good, for what you're asked to do. They constantly change their mind about the strategic decisions, and the real boss (one that can actually take actions) is unreachable and doesn't care about what management thinks.
