Pros
- Tech culture and stack is a perfect mix of quality, speed and product confidence - Egalitarian - All opinions are listened to - Emphasis is put on defining and maintaining team and department "best practices" are a real - Good amount of autonomy and freedom on product but also tech (e.g. managing tech debt and bugs) - Really interesting business and product, very unique - Aim to validate ideas/hypothesis, be data and experiment driven - Ship work in small vertical slices which is a great practice. - Have weekly manager and dev training sessions - I learnt all about the importance of having and keeping cultural values
Cons
- Have to work hard, more hours than a normal company I would say (but its worth it)
