Open office environment. Management is always available to talk and listen. Fun, group outings. Employee recognition. Great "Watercooler chat" moments.

Pros

This company is very flexible and will let you grow as a person and a professional by letting you create your own success. I started here with no background in the industry and I grew by independently researching and finding my place. Everyone here is as genuine as can be and there is a great support system. The company is small so we're all like a family we bicker but at the end of the day we got stuff done through team work. I will miss this company !!!

I logged on today to see what is new and read the recent posts. I was happy to see today's post. I think this is 100% right on. The company has so many positives and people need to know.

Cons

Sounds like management may need to weed out some negative staff who don't have the right mindset to add to the great work we are trying to do. My advice to negative staff at any company is to go find the better opportunity so we can all be happy. Consider adding a few more company holidays.
